Refund and Cancellation Policy

Thank you for shopping at Mrguidee. We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your item, we’re here to help.

1. Returns

  • You have 14 calendar days from the date of delivery to return an item.

  • To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

    • Unused and in the same condition that you received it.

    • In its original packaging.

    • Accompanied by the receipt or proof of purchase.

Please note: Items that are damaged due to misuse, missing parts not due to our error, or any item returned more than 14 days after delivery may not be eligible for a refund.

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Gift cards

  • Personalized or custom-made products

  • Items marked as “Final Sale” or “Non-Returnable”

3. Refunds

  • Once we receive your return and inspect the item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (e.g., defective or incorrect item).

4. Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, please contact us at info@mrguidee.com before sending it back.

5. Return Shipping

  • You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item.

  • For your protection, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.
